Testing conducted to ensure compliance with regulations set by the CDPHE
As of June 8, 2021, wholesale industrial hemp manufacturers in Colorado are mandated to conduct testing on all industrial hemp products in accordance with the Colorado Code of Regulations 1010-21. This necessitates that all testing for industrial hemp products must be carried out at a CDPHE-certified laboratory, such as Alpine Science Laboratory. These regulations are among the most stringent in the country, encompassing a list of 106 pesticides with action limits as low as 10ppb. The Colorado hemp industry can now rely on Alpine Science Laboratory to provide precise, trustworthy, and consistent laboratory results for both compliance testing and quality assurance testing.
